Shipping policy

All items offered on 24mixsport are made-to-order. This means when you place the order, we will print the items just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

The shipping cost and time now are depending on your selected items, shipping method, and location.

Estimated delivery time is as follows:

Delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time

Please note that the delivery time might vary depending on types of product and location of warehouse. 

Expected shipping timeframe for Normal shipping:

SHIPPING GUARANTEE:

– To back up our commitment and promise to you, we will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than the following time frames to arrive at your destination.
– If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 60 business days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

– It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT hold responsibility for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
– If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

Note

– For items that ship from our overseas suppliers, there’s typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in foreign countries to the time it’s processed at USPS facilities in the US. This usually takes between 2-7 days on average, although it can take as long as 8-12 days.
– Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances out of our control, such as:
+ Strikes
+ Weather
+ Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
+ Large or Bulky Items
+ Shipping Provider Error
If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.

– As for international shipping, 24mixsport cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-8 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.
– 24mixsport is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. 24mixsport  will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
– If the order arrives at your country and…:
+ The customer refuses to accept the package
+ The number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
+ According to the shipping department, the order shipping status indicated that the package was delivered to the address that customers provided.
then 24mixsport reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order every time! Please wait 15 days from the date of purchase, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and link to track your order. You can also enter your tracking number in the box below to get the latest status of your shipment.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is after your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this case.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

• If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
• We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. The returned orders will be donated to charities and will not be returned to our warehouse. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
• For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
• If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

Please enter the correct email address and check it regularly when placing your order. The shipping information for the order will be sent to your email to avoid the fact that we cannot contact you, causing the delivery time to be delayed.
